Shopping on the Austrian Slopes?

We live in Innsbruck because we love skiing and Austria has some of the best skiing in the world. The facilities are world class and resorts constantly investing in new infrastructure. Our friend Rebecca came across this sign in Ischgl, a terrific resort on the Austrian/Swiss border.

The good news is that the pistes are in fact well marked on both sides! But if you were hoping to do some shopping on the way down you’ll have to wait until you get into town.

Luckily resorts are starting to invest in proofreading as well as infrastructure.
