Restaurant of Choice?
When I choose a restaurant I like to check out all of the options. For me, one of the joys of dining out is meandering along a bustling street and checking out the menus, food and venues on offer. So would I choose a restaurant in Switzerland with an enticing sign stating: “Our wines leave you nothing to hope for”?
Trustworthy airline?
Would you trust a Copenhagen airline who promises to “take your bags and send them in all directions”? This would definitely make me think twice before handing over my luggage.
Camping Hell
When I think of Camping Hell, I think of pitching a tent in the wind and rain. I think of trudging through a muddy field and struggling to get tent pegs to stay in the wet ground. I think of cracked swimming pools, unfriendly hosts, dirty toilets and a long walk to the beach.

Great news for German translators worldwide: In early May 2011, the Duden put its Duden Rechtschreibung and Deutsches Universalwörterbuch online. These are invaluable language tools for translators and are provided free of charge.

Shopping on the Austrian Slopes?
We live in Innsbruck because we love skiing and Austria has some of the best skiing in the world. The facilities are world class and resorts constantly investing in new infrastructure. Our friend Rebecca came across this sign in Ischgl, a terrific resort on the Austrian/Swiss border.
